Tyrogenex is a U.S. biotech company dedicated to discover and develop multi-kinase inhibitors targeting angiogenesis to treat solid tumor indications. On August 25^th, 2017, Betta Pharma signed an agreement with Tyrogenex Inc. in Washington D.C. to co-develop the oncology indications of vorolanib in ex-China regions.

As of now, Equinox Sciences owns the global rights of vorolanib (X-82) in oncology and ophthalmology indications except for China, and the business scope includes the development, manufacturing, commercialization and marketing of vorolanib.
